We are very proud to wish Kameka Brooks a wonderful 5^th work anniversary at SiO2!

Kameka began her career with SiO2 as a quality inspector and has since been promoted to QA Lead.

Her colleagues value the fact that she takes time for them, is easy to talk to and she will go out of her way to support her team. Kameka is willing to try out new things, take risks and manage the impact and outcome accordingly.

Why do you work for SiO2?

I see a lot of great potential with this company. In addition, there is room for growth. SiO2 allows different learning experiences, and I knew that it would be a great fit for me. I love working with a great team, as we work together to reach our production goals.  

What do you value about the SiO2?

I value the fact that that I get the opportunity to learn so much on a day-to-day basis. There’s always something new and something challenging.  I enjoy seeing a new project move forward and after you put so much hard work into it, to then achieve a positive result at the end.

What is your most treasured memory you have whilst working at SiO2?

The most treasured moment that I have working here @SIO2 is when I was promoted to QA Lead. That gave me hope and let me know that there is room for growth.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

I am looking for a chance to see how well this company has done over the years. I want to see it achieve its goals.
