We are very proud to wish Terry Braswell a wonderful 10^th work anniversary at SiO2!

Terry has been with SiO2 since the very beginning and started his career in 2007 when the Company was part of CV Holdings.  Since then, Terry has been vital to SiO2’s development into a Pharmaceutical Products manufacturer. He has held several roles within the company and has grown together with SiO2. Terry has played a key role in the development of our past and current systems that have impacted the design of the SiO2 mechanical equipment.

Terry’s current role as Head of our Process Engineering team has Terry and his team working closely with our internal Scientists and Engineers from the various disciplines within the organization to ensure our technology can be realized and meet the needs of our customers.

Over the years, Terry has been involved with many different aspects of our business, allowing him to gain experience and knowledge across several functions and departments within the organization. Terry’s positive attitude and willingness to help others makes him such an essential member of SiO2. 

Terry’s appreciation and love for creating, making new things, and working with the various cutting-edge SiO2 technologies has contributed to Terry’s long tenure. Terry wants to continue to learn, grow, and help SiO2 become one of the leading pharmaceutical manufacturers.

What is your most treasured memory you have whilst working at SiO2?

When I had the opportunity to visit one of the CMOs running SiO2 vials on their aseptic filling machine for Covid vaccines used during the Operation Warp Speed response.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

Personal development – I want to continue to grow with the organization, developing new products and being part of the company as it grows.
