Responsibilities
Prepare and process monthly payrolls for your selected EMEA countries
Ensure the accuracy and compliance of each payroll, including but not limited to: base pay, bonuses, stock compensation, commissions, payroll taxes, employee changes, benefits
Establish/maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly, made on a timely basis and have support with proper authorization.
The main point of contact for employee payroll inquiries
Partner with our People Operations Team on all matters involving employees compensation, benefits and disability payments
Prepare monthly payroll journals and accruals for your selected countries.
