Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process monthly payrolls for your selected EMEA countries

  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of each payroll, including but not limited to: base pay, bonuses, stock compensation, commissions, payroll taxes, employee changes, benefits

  • Establish/maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly, made on a timely basis and have support with proper authorization.

  • The main point of contact for employee payroll inquiries

  • Partner with our People Operations Team on all matters involving employees compensation, benefits and disability payments

  • Prepare monthly payroll journals and accruals for your selected countries.
