Job Summary

The MRO Crib Attendant will be responsible for the requisition of materials as well as the coordination and
expedition of the flow of materials. The Materials Coordinator will also examine materials delivered to production
to verify conformance. This position will be responsible for computing amounts of material required to complete
orders.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to coordinate flow of materials/parts between departments
• Ability to meet shipping schedules/deadlines
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma manufacturing practices
• Proficient in prioritizing job orders/deliveries
• Ability to requisition materials and establish delivery dates
• Ability to arrange in-plant transfers of materials to meet production schedules
• Strong time management and organizational skills to effectively meet assigned deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to compute amount of material required for orders
• Maintain manual or computerized records
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Basic knowledge of SAP/MES systems
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior Material Coordinator/Warehouse experience
• Ability to convey conclusions and recommendations concisely in properly formatted, well-written reports Physical Requirements
• Prolonged periods of sitting/standing/walking
• Standard forty (40) hour work week with additional time as needed to meet company objectives
• Ability to access and navigate each department at the organization’s buildings to include walking to and from offices/building sites, and climbing/descending stairs
• Ability to see with or without corrective lenses and distinguish color differences and depth perception for product and safety issues (i.e. corrected 20/20 vision, near-sighted, as certified by an Optometrist).
• Ability to hear and react to audible alarms from distances up to 150 feet
• Ability to lift/carry up to fifty (50) pounds

Other Details:

Shifts: M-F
Day Shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary ranges from $21-$25/hr.
