MRO Crib Attendant

Job Summary

The MRO Crib Attendant will be responsible for the requisition of materials as well as the coordination and
expedition of the flow of materials. The Materials Coordinator will also examine materials delivered to production
to verify conformance. This position will be responsible for computing amounts of material required to complete
orders.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to see with or without corrective lenses and distinguish color differences and depth perception for product and safety issues (i.e. corrected 20/20 vision, near-sighted, as certified by an Optometrist).
• Ability to hear and react to audible alarms from distances up to 150 feet

Automation Technician I

Job Summary

Integrate and support SiO2 automation systems. Uses basic technical skills to operate, maintain, troubleshoot,
repair, and set up plant production equipment. This is a progressive position. With appropriate training
and experience the Automation Technician I will be on the path to Automation Technician II.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in assigned area.
• Monitor requirements for safety, quality, and production.
• Drive continuous improvement by assessing plant processes and identify opportunity for process and automation opportunities to improve quality and productivity.
• Support maintenance team with advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting opportunities and identifying opportunities for value added improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly operated and maintained.
• Maintain process sensors maintenance; complete sensor verification, analyze issues, and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate changeovers and ensure accuracy.
• Perform basic equipment repairs within scope of work.
• Execute preventative and general maintenance as needed.
• Complete training to enhance and advance skills.

Shifts: 2-2-3 schedule
Day Shift: 5:50 am – 6:00 pm
Night Shift: 5:50 pm – 6:00 am
Openings for day and night shift. Salary ranges from $25-$35/hr.

Production Operator I

Job Summary

The Production Operator I will operate assigned manufacturing equipment and provides material handling to aid in the manufacturing process.  The Production Operator I is responsible for using forms and procedures to identify and optimize process outputs for a proprietary medical device.  The Production Operator I will work with the Production Team Leaders and Engineers to maximize coating and testing methods that will be used in both development and production.

Production Technician

Job Summary

The Production Technician serves as a subject matter expert by performing equipment set-up, operation, equipment adjustments, maintaining steady material flow to machinery, as well as minor preventative maintenance tasks to meet all standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.  The Production Technician also runs tests on all assemblies and equipment to test for safety and productivity before they are placed into production.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock/materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, as well as organizing and retrieving stock.

Operations Manager

Job Summary

Operations Manager oversees the overall manufacturing process to optimize production; supervises the maintenance, facility, supply chain, and production personnel; oversees planning/organization of production process; ensures availability of necessary resources (material, equipment, and labor); prepares cost estimates and budgets for manufacturing; ensures (or implements action plans to ensure) the manufacture of high quality and cost-effective products; oversees that production and staff comply with established quality control specifications; and ensures operations personnel comply with current health, safety, and environmental policies.
